Based on our corporate philosophy “Clean & Saving,” we will promote environmental purpose activities rooted in the community and society, and will actively develop, produce, and provide environmentally friendly products. Further, we will comply with environmental laws, regulations, and ordinances related to our business activities as well as requirements that we have agreed upon, and strive for proper management of chemical substances and environmental preservation.

Tokyo Roki (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is committed and determined to be a leader in the production of automotive parts with good quality, safety, environmental protection and consider the importance of energy consumption as it is the duty of all employees to cooperate in energy conservation in order to result in continuous and sustainable development of energy consumption by defining guidelines for carry out energy conservation activities as follows ;
- The company will establish an energy management system as part of the company’s operations.
- The company will set annual energy conservation plans and goals that are appropriate for the company’s energy.
- The company regards energy conservation as the duty and responsibility of all employees at all levels to cooperate in.
- The company will support the allocation of resources, personnel, budget, working time and training for develop energy work.
- The company will continually improve its energy efficiency by continually meeting to review energy policy, targets and plans.
- The company will support, promote and invest in energy conservation technologies that are currently available.
To ensure the future survival of the company, we establish corporate strategy aiming at corporate growth as well as earning a return on investment. We recognize that in order to survive, the company not only needs profits, but also need to give the profits back to the community. Therefore, our company has established a corporate social responsibility policy as follows ;
1. Anti-corruption policy
Directors, executives and other employees of the company must not give benefits which directly or indirectly lead to corruption for themselves, family or acquaintances. The company has created anti-corruption code of conduct as follows;
- All directors, executives and other employees of the company must not receive a bribe either by themselves or let someone else do it for them.
- The company strives to create and maintain its organizational culture of anti-corruption for business transactions between the company and public or private sectors.
- All directors, executives and employees of the company must not neglect if they find any act of corruption involving the company and report to the president or a representative appointed by the president. The company will cooperate in the verification process and arrange compliant channels for outsiders.
- The company must not penalize but fairly treat and protect employees who prevent corruption or inform about corruption although it makes the company lose business opportunity.
- Directors and executives in every level of the company must be good role models in preventing corruption for all employees. They must also encourage all employees to strictly comply with anti-corruption policy and recognize it as a part of organizational culture.
- The anti-corruption policy covers in the human resource management process ranging from recruiting, promotion, training to evaluation.
2. Fair treatment of employees
Since we recognize personnel as a valuable resource of the company, we fairly and equally respect the basic rights of domestic and foreign workers. We also respect workers rights and freedoms in accordance with labor laws without discrimination and forced labor. In addition, we provide workers with fair employment conditions and appropriate safety environment with safety equipment. Motivating and proper welfare programs will be provided according to economic conditions to improve the quality of life of workers as well as training and opportunity for fair career advancement.
3. Respect for human rights
The company has human rights policy to provide fair opportunities to all members ranging from directors to middle and junior employees. The company has no policy to discriminate applicants on the basis of race, religion, sex, age provided that they have appropriate qualifications and experience for each position. Channels for suggestions and complaints at work are provided to employees and all suggestions will be taken seriously for solutions that good for everyone and build good relationships at work.
